  • Clinical supervision involves regular meetings where experienced professionals oversee and support practitioners' clinical work. It's crucial for PBS and practitioners to ensure high-quality service delivery and ongoing professional development.

  • You are a unique individual, and deserve to have supervision tailored to your learning style!

    Our initial chat will include an overview of your preferences, goals, and values. I believe in providing personalised guidance, reflective practice opportunities, and support in applying PBS principles effectively.

    Depending on what you hope to achieve, our sessions will be designed to enhance your skills and confidence in delivering support . This may involve both specific training, case studies, report reviewing, and case consultation

  • Whether you are looking to start something new, or already established, I offer a variety of consulting services to businesses. Please feel free to message me. If I don't think I'm a good fit, I'll refer you to some of my amazing colleagues.

  • The inner circle is a community platform that offers access to a supportive network of PBS practitioners, exclusive resources such as webinars and toolkits, and opportunities for peer collaboration and professional growth.

    We are hoping to launch the inside circle, in mid 2025 once we have collated enough resources. Membership will be available for a low monthly, or annual fee.

  • I have over 10 years of experience delivering Behaviour Support services to neurodiverse Individuals and Children, as well as several years working with Adults in the NDIS PBS Framework.

    I completed my Bachelor of Speech, Hearing and Language Sciences from Macquarie University, and also hold a Master in Education. I am is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) and Certified Behaviour Analyst (CBA), with a special interest in Functional Communication Training, Teaching Tolerance, and Meaningful Daily Living Skills.

    As a seasoned clinician, I have also led state-wide teams in multidisciplinary clinics, and most recently served as clinical director for a new early intervention centre in Western Sydney.

    I am experienced in a variety of different skill building strategies - however there are a few areas I will not be able to help with. These include

    • Paediatric Feeding

    • Forensics

    • Sexualised Behaviours in Adults

    Whilst these are out of my personal scope, I have a plethora of wonderful colleagues who specialise in these ares and may be happy to help. Feel free to message me and if I don't think I'm a good fit, I'll try to point you in the right direction.

  • Absolutely. Whether you're an individual practitioner or an organisation, we tailor our clinical supervision and consulting services to address your unique challenges and goals.

  • Sessions are typically scheduled on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis, for a minimum of 1 hour. The frequency and duration of supervision can be adjusted based on your needs and preferences.

  • I offer flexible pricing, depending on the complexity of your individual needs - but generally clinical supervision costs $150-200 p/h.

    Discounted supervision packages are available to those wishing to book multiple hours in advance. Supervision packages are valid 12 months from date of purchase.
